EveryExpert exists to help experts get discovered and get paid. We use your data to run your sessions and improve EveryExpert, and the outside AI companies we work with are under agreements that prohibit training their models on it.

A human platform
EveryExpert connects real people with real experts. AI supports the work. It never replaces the human on the other side.
How AI is used across your services
Every session on EveryExpert is recorded and transcribed. When a session ends, AI writes a summary and action items. In EveryExpert, only the people in the session can see them.
To do this, we send session audio and text to the service providers listed on our Subprocessors page. The AI providers among them don't train their models on your data.
How your data makes EveryExpert better
We use your data to run EveryExpert and to improve it. Your session history is what makes recaps and follow-ups work.
We may also use de-identified session data, which no longer identifies you, to improve EveryExpert for everyone. Our goal is a better experience for the experts and clients who use EveryExpert.
If we change how we use your data, we'll update our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy and tell you about material changes.
Your privacy, your control
You can ask to access or delete your personal data through our Data Request Portal. We handle every request under our Privacy Policy. We're not in the business of selling your personal information.

EveryExpert is built on real people and real expertise, not automated advice. AI helps experts prepare, recap, and follow up. The value comes from a human who knows their craft.
