I believe everyone has a unique leadership style and that every leader has the capacity to LEARN, GROW & SUCCEED. I have dedicated the last 15 years of my life to doing just that, as an internationally certified Executive & Leadership Coach, Certified Business Coach, Senior Facilitator, and Founder of MY WORKSHOP.

I hold a Bachelor's degree in Human Relations from Concordia University. I partner with federal government, Crown corporations, and organizations of all sizes, and hold an active Government of Canada security clearance. I welcome clients of all backgrounds, supporting leaders in English, French, and Spanish.
