I Help Leaders Navigate Complexity, Strengthen Teams, and Lead with Purpose
I believe everyone has a unique leadership style and that every leader has the capacity to LEARN, GROW & SUCCEED. I have dedicated the last 15 years of my life to doing just that, as an internationally certified Executive & Leadership Coach, Certified Business Coach, Senior Facilitator, and Founder of MY WORKSHOP.
I hold a Bachelor's degree in Human Relations from Concordia University. I partner with federal government, Crown corporations, and organizations of all sizes, and hold an active Government of Canada security clearance. I welcome clients of all backgrounds, supporting leaders in English, French, and Spanish.
My faith is central to who I am and how I serve. Jesus is the Way, the Truth, and the Life, and His wisdom bears lasting transformation. If accountability, service leadership & integrity are values you share, let's connect!
Services
Every coaching journey begins with a conversation. Book your 30-minute discovery session — a private space to explore where you are, what you want, and whether we're the right fit to move forward together. You will leave with clarity on your next steps. Available in English, French, or Spanish.
Sometimes you don’t need a long program. You need one focused conversation. Book your 30-minute Speed Coaching Call, a private session to zero in on one challenge, decision, or goal and work through it with a coach. You will leave with clarity on your next steps. Available in English, French, or Spanish.
Some challenges need more than a quick answer. Book your 60-minute Strategy Call, a private, in-depth coaching session to dig into a goal, decision, or challenge, map out your options, and build a clear plan of action.
