Profile: https://www.everyexpert.com/weichilee

## About

I’m Co-founder and COO of PHNXX, working at the intersection of climate tech and the energy transition. I’ve helped build a cleantech venture from idea through prototyping, pilots, product–market fit, manufacturing, supply chain development and commercial deployment, while also supporting fundraising and business growth.

I bring practical, hands-on experience to help founders sharpen their commercial strategy, prepare for fundraising and scale their operations.

## Sessions I offer

- [Fundraising Goals & Investor Fit](https://www.everyexpert.com/weichilee/book/fundraising-goals-investor-fit) — 1 hour, $128.00
We’ll clarify why you’re raising, how much capital you need, and what milestones it should help you reach. We’ll discuss your business stage, funding options and likely investor types, then identify the investors whose interests and expectations best match your plans. You’ll leave with a clearer funding rationale and a focused investor profile.
- [1:1 Discovery Call](https://www.everyexpert.com/weichilee/book/11-video-call) — 30 min, $55.00
Book a private discovery call to get personalized advice and guidance on operating a Clean Tech startup - from fundraising to go-to-market and everything in between. During this call we will discuss what you’re working on and what where I can help your company grow.
- [Pitch & Materials Review](https://www.everyexpert.com/weichilee/book/pitch-materials-review) — 1 hour, $128.00
We’ll review your pitch deck and supporting materials through a potential investor’s lens. Together, we’ll assess how clearly your deck explains the problem, solution, market, business model, traction, team, funding ask and use of funds. We’ll also discuss whether your financial assumptions and milestones support your case, and identify the most important improvements to make before approaching investors.
