I hold a master's degree in psychology with a focus on relationship dynamics and the mechanisms that drive behavior. I'm also the founder of UNRAVEL, a relationship psychology education platform. 

My work explores how attachment, fear, shame, the nervous system, defense mechanisms, social influence, and our past experiences shape what we do in relationships, often without us realizing it. I translate complex psychology into clear, practical explanations that help people better understand themselves, their partners, and how we engage with each other.
