I help make accessibility real.
I'm Michele Lee. I've spent my career on both sides of the accessibility table: as a regulator and governor of public systems, and as the person inside tech companies responsible for making new technology work for disabled people.
I was the Accessibility Lead at Cruise, where I led accessibility for autonomous vehicle service. At Serve Robotics, I did accessibility work for sidewalk delivery robots, the machines now sharing public space with wheelchair users like me. Before tech, I served on the Board of the Chicago Transit Authority, appointed by the mayor, and as Vice Chair of the CTA's ADA Advisory Committee, helping oversee accessibility for one of the largest transit systems in the country.
I'm also a power wheelchair user with a spinal cord injury. That combination is the point: I bring the regulatory knowledge, the product experience, and the lived experience in one person. Companies usually have to hire three consultants to get that. You can book one call.
