Three LinkedIn quick wins that book calls while you work

The short version: Put your booking link where people already look: at the end of your newsletter, in the Featured section of your profile, and in your LinkedIn away message.

Win 1: a booking link at the end of your newsletter

This is primarily how I book calls through EveryExpert. I don't write the newsletter about EveryExpert. I say some smart stuff, and at the end I add one line: "If you need some help with this in your life, click here and book a call with me."

It works because of repetition. People see it over and over again, and even if they don't book, they know it's there.

It also fits how I like to sell, which is not at all. A PS feels contextual, so it doesn't feel like a pitch.

Win 2: your EveryExpert page in Featured

LinkedIn lets you pin content to the top of your profile in the Featured section. Put your EveryExpert link there, and more people will see it and click through.

It also helps your posts. Instead of putting the link in the post itself, you can write "link in Featured."

Win 3: an away message on Premium

If you have LinkedIn Premium, you can turn on an away message. Anyone who DMs you gets an automatic reply:

"Thanks for reaching out. I'll get back to you soon. By the way, if you have questions about [your topic], click here to book a call with me on EveryExpert."

So when someone DMs to pick your brain for free, they get a link to pay you.
