Roman Chursin doesn't use AI tools. He builds AI that uses tools.
While most engineers are still copy-pasting from ChatGPT, Roman is running a live, self-operating multi-agent system "BigDawg" three Claude powered agents working in parallel, 24/7, on dedicated hardware. One routes and triages. One writes code, opens PRs, deploys to Vercel, and runs Playwright tests. One thinks, deep research, architecture decisions, strategic planning on Opus 4.6.
The system doesn't wait for prompts. It works.

Roman designed the entire stack himself: OpenClaw orchestration, Telegram interfaces, custom MCP servers, CI/CD pipelines, cross-agent coordination. Cost aware by design, cheap models handle the routine, expensive models activate only when the problem demands it. 

Intelligence as infrastructure.

This is what he calls the edge, where AI stops being a copilot and starts being a colleague.
