Steven Needham

I work with city planners and transit agencies on micromobility operations and fleet health. My background is in urban mobility strategy and infrastructure—I think through how systems actually function at ground level, where people move through cities.

I focus on the operational side of city systems: what it takes to keep fleets healthy, how infrastructure gets designed so it actually works for the people using it, and how to build environments where movement makes sense. I'm based in Columbus and approach this work as a professional overthinker—turning ordinary operational challenges into real solutions.
