I’ve spent 25+ years leading manufacturing operations, multi-site organizations, turnarounds and operational transformations. I’m Structured | People-Centric | Execution-Focused, and I’ve learned that the problem everyone is talking about is often not the real problem.

Throughput, quality, delivery, backlog, labor and cost issues are frequently symptoms of something deeper in the system. My approach is to understand what’s actually happening, listen to the people closest to the work, identify the real constraint and turn that understanding into execution.

I’m a Six Sigma Black Belt, Lean practitioner and EOS Master Integrator, but those are tools—not the answer. I’ve led hundreds of team members and carried responsibility for SQDC, people and operating results.

I don’t bring a generic playbook. I’ve sat in the chair, owned the numbers and had to make results move.
