## About

I'm a PhD student in Clinical Medicine at Oxford and a competitive triathlete. I work with people who want the best from themselves. If you feel that you constantly don't fit into the small boxes society fits you in, this call if for you. 

I went from starting triathlon in 2025 to winning my age group at Ironman Portugal Cascais 70.3 in 2026. I've helped shape EU policy and have co-founded 3 organisations. I've also helped the UK government to deploy £57M towards funding immunology R&D. 

I am not a coach, and I won't write you a program. 
I am not a medical doctor, and I will not give you medical advice. 

I will help you assess your life areas and help you to identify where the next gap is. I find that sport and high performance go hand in hand and I can help you get there, whatever your goals are.
