That’s the work I specialise in.

I’m a senior internal and change communications consultant and mentor, providing interim and fractional leadership and advising organisations through complex change.

Over 20 years, I’ve worked with organisations including E.ON UK, Transport for London, Freshfields, Deloitte, National Grid, IKEA and SThree across more than 20 countries. I’ve built global teams, advised executive leaders and led communications through major transformation.

I’m SCMP® certified and serve on IABC’s International Executive Board.

I help organisations with interim or fractional leadership, change communications, IC strategy and function design, and difficult employee communication challenges.
