Forty-five minutes to understand the full picture, diagnose the real issue, and co-create a detailed action plan with priorities and sequencing. Come prepared with context about your company and challenge(s). I'll ask the questions your team isn't asking and push on the assumptions you haven't questioned. Product, operations, go-to-market, founder transitions — whatever it touches, I've likely operated there firsthand.
