I help tech leaders untangle messy operations and build systems that scale.

I’ve spent 15+ years working across technical program management, engineering operations, PMO, delivery, quality, support, and organizational effectiveness. I’m usually brought in when teams have outgrown the way they work: priorities are unclear, processes are inconsistent, Jira no longer reflects reality, leaders lack visibility, or too much work depends on heroics.

I help organizations create practical ways of working around planning, prioritization, workflows, metrics, reporting, delivery, and cross-functional coordination. That might mean redesigning Jira, building an operating rhythm, improving how teams plan and track work, creating executive dashboards, or simply figuring out where the friction really is and fixing it.

My approach is pragmatic: enough structure to make work clearer and more predictable, without adding process for process’s sake.
