I’ve spent 15+ years working across technical program management, engineering operations, PMO, delivery, quality, support, and organizational effectiveness. I’m usually brought in when teams have outgrown the way they work: priorities are unclear, processes are inconsistent, Jira no longer reflects reality, leaders lack visibility, or too much work depends on heroics.
I help organizations create practical ways of working around planning, prioritization, workflows, metrics, reporting, delivery, and cross-functional coordination.
