I'm a coach and workshop facilitator who works with adults living with ADHD and autism, plus couples and parents navigating neurodiversity. I offer individual coaching sessions focused on building personalized systems that actually work for how your brain functions, along with organizational training for schools, healthcare teams, and businesses.

I'm also the father of four and work alongside my wife, a special education teacher. My experience spans coaching neurodivergent individuals, supporting parents through free support groups, and helping couples improve their communication and shared systems. I speak publicly and facilitate workshops on ADHD and AuDHD across different professional settings.

ADHD & Autism Coaching for Adults

For adults with ADHD or autism who are tired of systems that work for two weeks and then fall apart. Bring what’s breaking down, whether it’s routines, time, follow-through, relationships, or work. We’ll figure out what’s driving it and build a plan that fits how your brain works instead of fighting it. I have ADHD and autism myself, so you won’t have to explain the basics. You’ll leave with a summary and action items you can start on right away.

Parent Coaching for Neurodivergent Families

For parents raising kids with ADHD, autism, or both. Maybe the strategies that used to work stopped working, mornings are a battle, or school keeps calling. We’ll look at what’s going on with your child and in your home, sort out what’s a skill gap and what’s a strategy problem, and pick changes you can try this week. I’m a neurodivergent dad of four and run a parenting community of 46,000 members, so I know this from both sides.
