I help employees and leaders make sense of workplace problems, change, and difficult workplace decisions.
I help employees and leaders navigate difficult workplace situations. I’m a PhD student whose doctoral research focuses on organizational development and change management, with graduate training in Human Resource Management. My worldview is influenced by years of military leadership experience, where I led teams, navigated high-pressure environments, and saw firsthand how leadership and organizational systems affect performance. My goal is to help people make more informed workplace decisions.
Not sure how to handle something happening at work? Let's map out your workplace issue, interaction, or decision, and we’ll break down what happened and explore the most strategic career moves. Whether it involves a manager, coworker, schedule, promotion, conflict, or job decision, working through the issue with systems thinking will help you navigate your organization more effectively.
What’s really going on inside your organization? In this 60-minute session, we’ll look beneath the surface at how people are interpreting change, what signals and incentives are shaping behavior, where interests may be misaligned, and how different decisions could affect what happens next. We’ll shape the session around your specific organization, challenges, and goals rather than forcing your situation into a one-size-fits-all approach.
Not sure what to make of a situation at work or what to do next? In this 60-minute session, we’ll break down the situation, identify the key stakeholders and constraints, and examine the organizational factors influencing what happens next. Then we’ll shift to strategy, your leverage, others’ incentives, likely responses, and your strongest next move. Each session focuses on your specific situation, not a generic framework.
