## About

II’m the Founder and Partnership Development Consultant at McKinney Partnership Strategies. I help small and midsized nonprofits, youth-serving organizations, and community programs turn promising relationships into active partnerships.

My work includes partner research, outreach messaging, value-proposition development, activation planning, and practical follow-up systems. The goal is to give organizations greater clarity, structure, and momentum without requiring a full-time partnership staff member.
Previously, I served as a Development Director with the American Heart Association, where I managed more than 30 school accounts, delivered over 100 presentations, built relationships with more than 50 community partners, expanded programming into four new school districts, and contributed to 20% year-over-year growth.
My background as an educator, Navy Fleet Marine Force Hospital Corpsman, recruiter, and youth rugby coach has taught me how to build trust, and connect with people.
