I am a Uyghur-American diplomat with a Master's in National Security Affairs, serving as Foreign & Security Minister for the East Turkistan government-in-exile. I help policymakers, analysts, journalists, think tanks, and organizations understand the geopolitical dynamics of China's political and military expansion globally, and especially across Central Asia and the Indo-Pacific, including its Belt and Road Initiative.
