I'm Sacha, founder of Workbench Labs on the Sunshine Coast, Australia. I run marketing and lead capture for small business owners who are too busy doing the work to chase it.

I've spent 30 years in business. I started as a retail buyer and merchandise planner, then project managed ecommerce and systems programs for Woolworths Holdings and Asahi Beverages, including Asahi's national direct-to-consumer launch on Shopify.

These days I build and run AI tools for small businesses. One of them is Joe, an AI receptionist that answers calls and texts 24/7 for Australian tradies, so the job gets booked before the customer rings the next business on the list.
