Rohit Nanda

I worked at Nomura in finance before co-founding a fintech startup. Now I help founder-led and family businesses scale operationally and get ready for exit by installing the systems that protect profit. I also run Escape the Corporate, a free community for people questioning whether their current path is right for them.

I focus on the operational side of growth—the systems and structures that let founders actually step back and prepare their business for sale, rather than staying stuck in the day-to-day. I also work as an executive coach, which gives me a practical view into both the business and leadership challenges that come up at this stage.
