My professional background spans more than 40 years in manufacturing operations, food service, team development, and business process improvement. At Compaq Computer Corporation, I supervised a 40-person production operation, contributed to production-floor relocation and workflow improvements, developed employee performance evaluation systems, and earned six quarterly achievement awards. My experience includes writing International Standard Operating Procedures (ISOPs), implementing safety and quality assurance programs, training trainers, data collecting and analysis, and improving production efficiency through Total Quality Management (TQM) principles. I applied this experience in the food and beverage industry with practical expertise in customer satisfaction, workflow production, distribution logistics, staff training, and daily business operations. Today, I now combine these disciplines with Human directed, AI-assisted research, technical writing, and content development.
