Most organizations adopt AI by adding new tools. 

I help them redesign the system around those tools. I’m the founder of Mettle, where we’re building readiness infrastructure for athlete development through AI, structured athlete context, and human expertise. 

I work with sports organizations, founders, and sports technology companies to design AI-native coaching workflows, knowledge systems, and product strategies that improve how athletes are developed. 

I’m also the creator of Sports Schema, an independent research project exploring the New Sports Stack and the future of AI in sports. If you’re trying to build what’s next—not just automate what already exists—I’d enjoy talking.
