## About

I'm a stroke survivor and I/O Psychologist who draws on my own recovery journey and psychological expertise to help stroke and traumatic brain injury (TBI) survivors rebuild confidence and purpose. I work with individuals through coaching, workshops, and consulting on identity and resilience.

After my own stroke, physical therapy gave me a clear plan — but nobody had a plan for the identity side of recovery: figuring out who I am now, not who I used to be. That gap led me to create Who You Are Now, a guided workbook for the identity and purpose side of recovery.

Working with me isn't therapy, and it isn't clinical. It's honest, at-your-own-pace conversation with someone who's actually been where you or your loved one are.
