Stroke Survivor & I/O Psychologist | Identity and Purpose Coaching After Stroke
At 1:00am on December 8th, 2025, a stroke took away the person I used to be.
Therapy had a plan for my body. Nobody had a plan for the harder question: who am I now?
I'm an Industrial/Organizational Psychologist who has spent my career studying how people grow and adapt. I used that background in my own recovery and wrote Who You Are Now, a workbook for the identity and purpose side of stroke recovery. Now I help stroke and brain injury survivors, and the people who love them, do the same.
We might talk about:
This isn't therapy. It's an honest conversation at your pace with someone who's been there. Word-finding pauses and bad days are welcome.
Not sure yet? Start with a free 15-minute call. No pressure, nothing to buy.
A no-pressure 15-minute call to see if we're a good fit. We'll talk briefly about where you are in your stroke/TBI recovery and what you're hoping to work through, and I'll explain how my coaching works so you can decide if it's right for you. No obligation to book anything further.
A 45-minute 1:1 video call for stroke/TBI survivors working through the 'Who am I now?' question. We'll talk through where you are in your recovery, how your sense of identity has shifted, and what's getting in the way of feeling like yourself again — and leave with one concrete step to move forward. This is a space to be heard by someone who's actually been through it, not just studied it.
I will respond to your question in a short personalized video.
