I founded EGG! after decades working across creative direction, filmmaking, photography, design and brand building—and after seeing the same problem show up again and again: organizations were making more things before getting clear on what they were really trying to say.

Story Discovery™ grew out of that experience. We listen across an organization, look for where people are aligned and where the story begins to drift, and help bring those perspectives back into focus. From there, EGG! works much like a film production company: bringing the right people together around a shared story, then making sure every creative decision serves it.

For me, the work has always been about people first—helping them see what is already there, find clarity together, and make something meaningful from it.
