Networking shouldn't feel awkward, transactional or like something you only do when you need something - like a job or a favour.
With more than 35 years of experience building relationships and connecting people, including 12 years as CEO of an Australian nonprofit supporting young people, I've seen firsthand how connections can open doors to opportunities, advice, introductions and ongoing support.
I approach networking differently - helping you to recognise the connections you already have, make new ones through everyday life, and develop simple, consistent daily behaviours to nurture your network.
My work initially focused on university students, helping them build their networks before they need them. But the principles of my approach are relevant to everyone, whatever their age, background or career or life stage.

In this practical 60-minute session, we'll explore your existing connections, identify relationships worth nurturing, uncover opportunities you've overlooked and work out how to reconnect. You'll leave with a clearer picture of your network and a practical plan to build and nurture it. Networking, but not the traditional, transactional kind you're used to.
