We’ll clarify why AI matters now, what you’ve already tried and whether the real issue is investment, readiness, workflow or technology. You’ll leave with a recommendation to proceed, prepare, stop or speak to another specialist. This is an orientation call—not a free readiness assessment, use-case plan or vendor recommendation.
Clarify what you want AI to change before deciding what to buy or build. We’ll examine the business pressure, desired outcome, affected work, current AI activity, decision-makers and assumptions shaping the opportunity. You’ll leave with a clearly framed business question and the issues requiring further investigation. This is not an AI strategy, readiness assessment or technology recommendation.
Determine the right next step before investing further. We’ll review the business objective, current AI activity, critical assumptions, readiness concerns, risks and missing evidence. You’ll leave with a clear direction: proceed, prepare, investigate, defer, stop or engage another specialist. This session requires prior completion of AI Outcomes and includes preparation using the context already gathered.
