I'm an academic leader with over 25 years of experience in higher education and organizational management. I hold a PhD in Human Resources Management and an MSc in Human Resources Management and Development, and I've worked extensively on curriculum design, staff management, and building effective teaching environments. I help university teams and departments align their people strategies with their academic goals.
