I spent two decades in technology and international development, at LinkedIn, Microsoft, Pivotal, the UN, and a few startups. The whole time I was also practicing in the Vajrayana Buddhist tradition, which I started at twenty-one and have continued for over thirty years, including the traditional three-year retreat. For most of my career it ran underneath the work, invisible to colleagues.

Sessions don't run on a fixed agenda. You bring what's alive, and I do my best to be a location of awareness, reflecting back what seems most accurate. Much of the work is staying embodied during disturbance and choosing how to respond once the reactivity passes, so that over time you meet ordinary experience as fresh and workable rather than something to escape.

The direction is set by your own goals and intentions, with methods that serve aliveness and presence. What it's pointed at is more freedom in an embodied, messy, human life, and the capacity to move toward what matters to you.
