I’m Paul Taylor, a senior finance and operations leader with nearly 30 years’ experience transforming financial operations, improving cash flow and leading large teams.
I’ve operated at Director and Board level across utilities, legal and professional services, telecoms, energy and outsourced operations, with responsibility for teams of 350+ people across multi-site, national and BPO environments.
My experience spans Order to Cash, credit and collections, working capital, transformation, risk, process improvement, AI adoption, leadership and organisational change. I’ve led major transformations, built high-performing functions and delivered measurable commercial results.
I hold three Master’s degrees, including an MBA, and am a Chartered Manager, Fellow of the Chartered Management Institute and Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Credit Management.
Today, I advise, coach and educate finance and operations leaders to solve problems, improve performance and deliver lasting change.
