## About

I help businesses and NGOs understand how UK government makes decisions, strengthen their policy arguments and plan effective engagement.

A former senior UK government official with over eleven years at the Department of Health and Social Care, I advised Ministers, led legislation through Parliament, negotiated international arrangements and shaped public funding decisions.

I offer practical advice on identifying relevant decision-makers, anticipating their concerns and building proposals that stand up to scrutiny on evidence, affordability and delivery.
