I trained in design thinking at the Stanford d.school and combine it with evidence-based behaviour change coaching and my own experience to work out why your habits keep collapsing, then rebuild them so they survive your real life, not some idealised version of it.

A transformative 120-minute coaching session to design your personalised wellbeing plan. In 120 minutes you'll walk away with a written wellbeing plan made to survive your real life. We spend the time on what you actually want and what keeps getting in the way, then turn it into one clear priority and the habits that support it. You complete a short intake form first, so every minute during the call goes on you, and the finished plan lands in your inbox as a PDF afterwards.
