I’m a leadership coach for equity‑minded leaders navigating workplaces not designed with them in mind. Through The Empathy Agency, I partner with individuals and organizations to cultivate cultures of genuine belonging, using coaching as a space to explore identity, values, strengths, and culture. My work is shaped by years in the charitable sector and by my study of racial marginalization in philanthropy and organizational life, as well as coaching leaders and their teams.

In 1:1 sessions, we slow down and unpack what’s happening inside you, in your relationships, and in the wider system so you can act with more alignment, empathy, and integrity.
