I’m a leadership coach for equity-minded leaders navigating workplaces not designed with them in mind. Through The Empathy Agency, I partner with individuals and organizations to cultivate cultures of genuine belonging—using coaching as a space to explore identity, values, strengths and culture.
My work is shaped by my experience as a fundraiser and by my study of racial marginalization in philanthropy and organizational life. I offer individual and team coaching, fundraising guidance, and public speaking on empathy and justice. I’m also a writer and storyteller, rooted in my ancestral legacy as a descendant of the transatlantic slave trade and in my kinship to Indigenous peoples. My lived experience informs how I help leaders deepen connection, build meaningful relationships, and restore trust within their teams.
