I help business owners and leadership teams turn AI and technology into practical ways to work. I am Nick Chambers, founder of Chambers Institute, a professional educator and real estate Broker Associate with a background in marketing and business operations.
My experience includes 17 years in Texas real estate, a former Marketing & PR Director role, and service as 2022 Texas State President of the Residential Real Estate Council. I bring that mix of operating, teaching, and leadership experience to AI adoption.
Work with me on AI strategy, workflow reviews, CRM and follow-up systems, marketing operations, custom AI assistants, and team training. Advisory sessions help clarify priorities; implementation projects are scoped separately.

A 90-minute paid discovery review for a business considering an integrated platform or AI-enabled workflows. Map current tools, client/order journeys, reporting, and manual handoffs; prioritize opportunities and identify API, data, access, and adoption questions. Includes a written opportunity and feasibility checklist. $750 covers discovery, not a build. Custom implementation, hosting, software/API costs, and ongoing operations require a separate scope and quote.
