Sérgio Miranda is an experienced CAIE Maths and Physics teacher with over 20 years of teaching experience in Portugal, the Azores, the United States, and the United Kingdom. Since 2010, he has taught at an international school in Braga, Portugal, specialising in Cambridge IGCSE and A-Level Maths and Physics.
He is the founder of Mr. Miranda Online, a structured learning platform for CAIE students, especially homeschoolers, private candidates, and independent learners aiming for strong exam results and access to top universities.
His teaching approach is built around the GHOST BUST Framework, designed to help students move from first understanding a concept, to practising progressively, mastering exam technique, and developing confidence.
