I'm Mohamed Amr, founder of Purpose Forge. My 22 years of experience include consulting, organizational psychology, leadership & executive coaching, behavioral therapy and meaning-centered coaching.

We are currently in a meaning crisis globally, and I've rooted my work into helping individuals, leaders, entrepreneurs and coaches find meaning in what they do, and live meaningfully.

My approach is multi-disciplinary blending different approaches from leadership, coaching, therapy and meaning-centered psychology. I meet you where you are, ask the questions you've been avoiding, and walk with you into the harder parts. Meaning cannot be manufactured or sold. It can only be found. My work is to help you find yours.
