## About

I co-founded an early AI pioneer, was at ground zero for the launch of the internet, and have led tough turnarounds across heavy industry, technology, and retail including three exits. Today, I work with faith-based entrepreneurs and I’m a jail chaplain taking the Gospel directly to the jail cell.

The questions I get asked most often deal with the life cycle of an enterprise — start-up, growth, and exit.

— Should I risk everything on this start-up idea?
— I can triple my business overnight by acquiring my largest competitor. Should I do it?
— Should I raise outside capital to take my business to the next level?
— Do I try to turn this around or do I put it in Chapter 7?
— How do I integrate my Christian faith into my company without creating conflict?

My one-hour consult takes on these questions.

## Sessions I offer

- [1:1 Video Call](https://www.everyexpert.com/mikesmock/book/11-video-call) — 1 hour, $224.00
One hour. $224. Fifty years of experience. Half your fee goes directly to the Michigan Chaplain Corps, the jail chaplaincy I co-founded. I consult with faith-based entrepreneurs who are starting, growing, or fixing a business. The fee is $224 for my one-hour consult. Before we meet, send me your business plan, financials, and whatever else helps me understand your situation. After the call, you get a one-page written analysis.
