I help small businesses build the data foundations that give their AI assistants big-company market intelligence
Big companies make decisions with analyst teams and paid data feeds behind them. Most small businesses have a few spreadsheets, an accounting system and an AI assistant that has never seen their numbers. I help you build the data hub that closes that gap. It's one place where your sales, costs and customer records sit together, cleaned and connected, alongside public data on your sector such as ABS figures or building approvals. Your AI assistant reads from it, so it answers with real numbers, not guesses. That's market intelligence that used to need a corporate budget.
I've been cleaning and analysing data for over a decade. Formerly with Seabury Cargo and Accenture, I set up and managed an analytics team in Kuala Lumpur and led a global trade database overhaul. I was also Lead Data Analytics Instructor at General Assembly, teaching SQL, Python and BI to 100+ students. Through Data Duality I built Transport Oracle, a market intelligence platform for Australian freight and trade.
Tell me what your business runs on (accounting software, spreadsheets, a CRM or booking system) and what you wish your AI assistant could answer. I'll tell you plainly whether a data hub would help, what it would involve, and which of my services fits, if any.
Share up to three exports (spreadsheets, CSVs or reports, up to 50,000 rows each) via a folder link, with your questions. I'll check the data for gaps, duplicates and inconsistencies, identify public data worth pooling with it, and send a written report on what's usable now, what needs cleaning, a recommended hub structure and an estimate of the work, with a short recorded walkthrough (about 10 min). Remove customer names and contact details first if you prefer. I delete your files at close.
A working session on your data and your market. We'll look at where your records live, how clean they are, and which public datasets matter for your sector, such as ABS figures, building approvals or industry statistics. You'll leave with a prioritised plan covering what to fix, what to connect and what your AI assistant could answer once it's done, plus the session summary and action items.
