## About

After more than 20 years in television, raising two neurodivergent children and receiving my own ADHD and autism diagnoses at 46, I began to understand why my life had often felt so much harder than it looked from the outside. I knew how to perform in front of thousands while managing anxiety, self-doubt and exhaustion.

That experience shapes my coaching. I work with women who have spent years holding everything together and are now feeling overwhelmed, stuck or unsure what comes next. You don’t need a diagnosis or a clear explanation for why you’re struggling.

Through my six-week programme Undiagnosed & Unstoppable, and individual clarity calls, I help women explore their patterns, uncover skills they’ve overlooked, communicate their needs and choose practical next steps.

I’m not a clinician. I bring lived experience, warmth, humour and a belief that understanding the science, yourself and what it's costing you, is a better starting point than constantly trying to fix yourself.
