I've spent 25+ years building operational infrastructure for organizations across wellness, education, and business services. I started in multi-site facilities management and grew into director-level roles handling daily operations, budgets, and cross-functional teams. Now through Outer Avenues, I work directly with small businesses on the same operational challenges I solved at larger scale.

I specialize in workflow improvement, financial organization, and day-to-day process management.
