I help boards and leadership teams clarify roles, make decisions and work better together.
I help boards and leadership teams when roles overlap, decisions keep circling or everyday practice has drifted from what the organisation says it values. I start with a real example from the group. When the conversation changes pace or people go quiet, I use what I notice to bring us back to the question we came to work on.
I hold an MSc in Organisation Development and Consultancy. I taught leadership, organisational behaviour, HRM and hospitality at Sheffield Hallam University for nine years (2014–2023), including on MBA and degree apprenticeship programmes. I trained instructors nationally for Jamie Oliver’s Ministry of Food and facilitated a 2023 Appreciative Inquiry into culture, roles and governance at Hofgut LEO, a German cooperative.
I facilitate strategy sessions and away days, design experiential learning and advise independent food businesses on kitchen culture and operations. I founded Fusion Organic Café, a social enterprise that won Best Café in Sheffield.
Tell me what’s happening in your organisation and what you’d like to change. You might have overlapping roles, a decision that keeps coming back, a kitchen team under pressure, or an away day you want to make count. We’ll use the call to get a sense of the situation and see whether we’d work well together.
