I help leaders understand what's really going on when people, teams or structures aren't working as they should. My background spans senior in-house People leadership and consulting, working through growth, change, performance issues and the everyday complexity of managing people.

I look beyond the obvious symptom to the team dynamics, management behaviours, decisions and systems behind the problem. My approach is practical and commercially grounded. Not every people problem needs another policy, training program or elaborate HR initiative.
