I've been creating, hosting, producing, and occasionally rescuing podcasts since 2005. I'm the creator of Revision Path, which ran weekly for 11 years and became the first podcast added to the Smithsonian's permanent collection. I've also produced branded and editorial shows for tech companies around the world.
Across thousands of hours of audio, I've developed shows, trained hosts, interviewed guests, led production teams, secured sponsorships, and taught hundreds of media professionals.
My approach combines showrunning with content strategy. I'll examine your premise, audience, format, host, guests, workflow, and business goals, not just your gear setup or publishing schedule.
I won't tell everyone to start a podcast. Hell, some ideas are better as newsletters or social media accounts. But if YOUR podcast deserves to exist, I'll help turn it into a sharper, more distinctive show that's built to last.

Publishing episodes but unsure whether the show is working? Send me one published episode (up to 60 minutes), your show description, and intended audience. I’ll review the premise, opening, pacing, host performance, interview technique, structure, listener value, and distinctiveness. Then we’ll meet for 60 minutes to discuss what’s working, what’s weakening the episode, and what it reveals about the larger show. You’ll leave with clear priorities for your next few episodes.
Launching a podcast or rebuilding one that has lost its shape? In this 90-minute session, we’ll clarify who the show is for, what it promises, and how the format, host role, episode structure, guest strategy, and production plan support that promise. You’ll leave with a stronger concept, clear direction for the season, and prioritized next steps toward production. Best for a launch, relaunch, or substantial rebuild.
