I'm an independent consultant with 25+ years across heavy equipment, fabrication, machining, municipal procurement, and industrial operations. I run IFab Solutions at Work in Bloomington, Indiana, where I analyze problems most consultants can't diagnose because they've never actually done the work. My specialty is rapid feasibility analysis — seeing what's broken, what's inflated, and what's being ignored. I work with municipal contracts, procurement audits, industrial workflow, and operational systems. If a decision needs independent eyes from someone with real field depth, that's where I operate.
