I help businesses to identify more Sales from their existing customers. I work with Founders, CROs and their leadership teams in Onboarding, Customer Success and Account Management, to improve the post-sale side of GTM. 

If you want to get a better understanding of your b2b customers, identify upsell or cross-sell opportunities, plan for renewals or improve retention then we should talk.

My experience comes from working in frontline commercial roles during high growth phases at Meta and Deliveroo. I am an operator by trade, not a consultant.
