i'm Matt: a producer and live av performer who loves the messy, exciting place where ableton, hardware and visuals collide. i toured worldwide as a musician before moving into creative tech, and now i write for attack magazine, build max for live devices and web tools that real musicians use (tools by matt), and i'm a teenage engineering beta tester and mentor who has run product demos at events and designed educational content.

i also spent 13 years leading pedagogy, quality assurance and curriculum at nexus, and i've worked as an external examiner.
