I help operations teams find hidden inefficiencies that are wasting their time daily
I've spent more than 20 years in software engineering, and I started Boyer Impact Systems to give small businesses the honest technology judgment big companies get — without the agency markup.
Here's how an audit works: I look at how your business actually runs, find where time and money are leaking, and tell you what I'd do about it — including when the answer is "don't build anything yet." Every recommendation comes with the reasoning written down, so you can check it before you spend a dollar.
If a system or an AI workflow will genuinely save your team hours, I'll show you how. If it won't, I'll say that too.
We'll discuss your top pain points and I'll audit them with you, provide clarity and direction about what is important and can be dealt with quickly, and what takes longer term planning. You will need to think about some of the biggest pain points you have. Repetitive manual tasks, technology issues, processes you use, how your team works, etc. Send those to me at [email protected] so I can prepare for the Audit call, also include your business website and any online pages.
Two hour long calls, the first is an Audit of some pain points you provide prior, I'll interview you about them and dig deep. Second call I recommend some solutions that you can take action on to help solve the identified problems, then you can choose to do them yourself (I'll give document guidance), or I can do implementation for you as a follow up engagement.
This is intended to be a follow up from the Audit. Here we will go over the prior discussed issues, what I found doing research and strategizing for your specific situation, and deliver the highest value recommendations to resolve your issues. You can then DIY them or I can implement as a second engagement. The audit and recommendations are to identify what truly are problems, and the best ways to solve them.
