After nearly 40 years in the CPG industry and more than 30 years in leadership roles, I’ve learned that leadership isn’t defined by a title. It’s demonstrated through trust, communication, character, accountability, emotional intelligence and the ability to develop others. My coaching is practical and conversational, focused on real leadership situations and useful actions people can apply immediately. I especially enjoy helping emerging leaders build confidence, strengthen self-awareness, improve how they connect with others and become the best version of the leader they can be.
