Mariella Agapiou is a queer London-based yoga teacher trained in hot, hatha, and vinyasa. She also goes by Mal.

Before yoga, Mal spent 15+ years in fashion and culture, working across journalism, consulting, and decoding behavioural shifts for global agencies. That path eventually drew her toward women's health, researching and reporting on hormones, the nervous system, and the politics of care

As a late-diagnosed neurodivergent who never felt 'in her body', yoga provided a somatic space to heal. Her personal practice spans almost two decades, evolving through inconsistency, Bikram, and dynamic vinyasa into something softer and more embodied. Something meditative in motion.
